How to Get So Lean You’d Kick Yourself for Not Doing it Sooner
Tom Venuto came out with an advanced fat loss piece of writing that invloned “Tricks and Tactics for Destroying even the Most Stubborn Body Fat.” The very first one on the list is so simple, we all too often look for the magic pill or magazine (”Muscle and Fiction” anyone?).
I am using this trick to help me trim down and get ripped for the holidays. It’s worked on me and others before, and I will continue to use it as one of my best methods for getting lean and losing fat.
Fat Loss Trick #1: Do Daily Cardio
“If you progressively increase your cardio, as needed, up to as much as 30-45 minutes a day, 6-7 days per week, for 8-12 weeks, you’ll get so lean, you’ll kick yourself for not realizing it was that simple.” (Tom Venuto).
There you have it folks, the number one method for losing that unwanted weight (fat) and getting lean. Now of course, if you don’t have a clean nutrition plan, there’s no amount of cardio that will over-ride a Whopper, Krispy Kreme, and Coke meal plan. No amount!
So with your intake under control, this daily cardio should take care of business, burning those calories like nothing else.
