You know, I was just sick of looking at myself in the mirror, you know that feeling? Everything was fine until I hit my 40′s. You know you shower , and then dry up and as you dress you begin noticing that your body is being invaded by those unsightly bumps and fat excesses.
You stand back again, go wow what the sam hill, where did that come from. That’s never happened to me, what do they call that. Well ladies and gents that is what you call fat. You know where it came from. The only thing you wonder is how it decided to creep up on you now. Well think about it, it’s no wonder. When I took a tough look at my eating habits I discovered that in my situation 40′s was going to be the decade that all those beers, McD burgers, late night eating on chips were coming back again to settle in to their reserved hip, belly, and lower back landing ports. I mean I was truly sick and tired of what I looked like and was determined to change. My life will get better from this.
So one night at about 1:00am I’m watching some TV. What better time to be scouting for fitness extreme training programs whilst sitting there like a couch potato with a beer and sandwiches watching infomercials. But (light bulb over head) there it was. It made sense. Finally, lose pounds exercising, Duh! Ever tried to lose weight not doing exercise, I don’t think so.
Many individuals think that achieving a well chiseled and muscular physique involves lots of time in the extreme fitness gym. They usually believe they have to hang in the fitness centre lifting weights nearly 24 hours a day. For professional physique builders, that may be the case but for numerous of us, it is not constantly true. I got on the three month program, lost 20 pounds, got my six pack back, you wouldn’t believe it I kid you not. And believe me it works you out every single day.
